load/Save Button dosent Work

I work the first time with TD and i have a Big Problem,
all Buttons for Save or "Load Templates" dosent Work!
I work 2 hours for a new Layout and now its gone.
Its anybody who Help me Maybee on German!!

Hello all,

I am a TD's user from several months without any problems.
I had to completely reinstall my computer this WE (hard drive broken).
I am now in Windows XP SP3 and IE 7 (fully updated).
I install TD and I had trouble for setup it.
The 'Load" and "Save As" buttons in the "Game" tab or the "Browse" button do not work.
I've tried to uninstall and install again but same problem.
Have you an idea?
