If you need assistance using the software, or are experiencing problems, please first visit the Frequently Asked Questions and see if your issue has already been addressed.
If your issue is not found in the FAQ, please email support@thetournamentdirector.net. I'll do my best to assist you.
You may also wish to visit the Tournament Director forums. Many issues and situations are discussed at length here, and other Tournament Director users are typically very willing to help.
License support
Has your license key not yet arrived? Please, PLEASE check your Spam folder. Some email systems mis-identify the email as spam (msn.com and hotmail.com are especially bad about this). 99.99% of license keys are sent within 24 hours, so if you haven't received yours after 24 hours, most of the time it will have already ended up in your Spam folder. Please look there. If you cannot find it, just email support@thetournamentdirector.net and I'll be happy to send it again. If you've emailed support and have not gotten a response, please see this FAQ entry.
User Guide
The Tournament Director application includes an extensive User Guide. There are several convenient ways to access it. Just select the Help tab in the Settings window. You can read the user guide there, or use on of the buttons to open the user guide in a TD application window, and to open it in your default web browser. A link is also installed on the Windows Start menu that will open the user guide in your default web browser.
