Chip Count & Average Stack Not Showing

I am sorry if this was already asked somewhere, but I have searched and I can't seem to find it.

On my main tournament screen on the left side, the 'chip count' and the 'avg stack' are not showing up. It stays at zero. I have looked to see if there's something I need to check in order for them to show, but no luck. What do I do in order to get them to show up?

Those values are computed from buy-ins, add-ons, and rebuys.  Make sure when your players buy-in (or add-on or rebuy) that you've configured the number of chips they receive for that transaction.  That's on the Game tab.  Make sure the "Chips" input has a non-zero value in the Buy-in section, as well as the Rebuys and Add-ons sections, if you're using those.
